When to do yoga?
The very best time to practice yoga is first thing in the morning before breakfast. If that is not possible, you can practice yoga in the early evening, around sunset and at least four hours after your lunch. But of course it’s far better to do something at a time of the day that suits you, rather than to miss out by being too rigid or idealistic.
